Pressure sensors are protected against thread wear only by proper mounting holes (thread industry standard 1/2-20UNF2B), and the mounting holes can usually be examined by mounting hole gauges to make appropriate adjustments.

If the mounting hole size of the pressure sensor is not appropriate, the threaded part of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor will be easily worn during installation, which will not only affect the sealing performance of the equipment, but also make the sensor unable to play a full role, and may even cause safety hazards.
